DRAMATIC MATERIALS REFLECT A FASCINATING FIND

Working alongside one of the UK’s most respected interior design practices, BKD, we recently completed a Museum of London exhibition investigating the extraordinary and priceless treasure of Cheapside Hoard: London’s Lost Jewels.

The exhibition explores the mysteries that surround the Hoard, and looks into the crafts and consumption of Elizabethan and Jacobean London.

Working to a creative brief, we designed, manufactured and installed a mix of charred and stained cedar panelling and wall installations to work with a strong colour scheme, reflecting the Hoard’s survival through the Great Fire and subsequent discovery in 1912 in Cheapside a cellar.

The exhibition runs at the Museum of London until 27 April 2014.
